Shrimp Etouffee

This is the best Etouffee we've had in a long time. Served over rice it was the hit of the weekend.

A quick scrapbooky fold up I made from a kit from Cosmo Cricket.

We decided that Cullen was ready for his own Nintendo DS for Christmas this year. He had found his sister's old pink one and had been playing with it for months. So we thought a more masculine red one would be appreciated. It has been a big hit. The Star Wars Lego game has been the most popular so far.

Afternoon Snack

One of our favorite snacks to make after school. Easy peasy. Make up a boxed brownie mix and pour into pan. Then mix up some chocolate chip cookie dough mix or used a roll of refrigerated cookie dough and drop onto brownie batter. Bake and you have the best of both brownies and cookies!

Ok let's try this again...

Another year.... another attempt at a 365 photography project. Last year's attempt kind of puttered out about March. Lots of reasons. Broken laptop. Busy life. But I am going to try again and put less pressure on myself. Some weeks will be a weekly summary with only a couple of photos.
